Telestack has naturally matured into two distinct divisions: Telestack Aggregates and Mining and Telestack Ports and Inland Terminals. Telestack have a range of products that can handle all free flowing bulk materials including ores, coal, aggregates, fertilizers, grains, woodchips, pellets and many more bulk materials that need moved.
Working from their modern headquarters in N. Ireland, Telestack offer a complete in-house design, manufacture and assembly of all units. All Telestack units are fully built and tested prior to dispatch with electric/ hydraulics and operating functions being tested and recorded with comprehensive quality checks being recorded prior to dispatch (in strict accordance with ISO guidelines). Any issues are identified, resolved and re-tested before they leave our premises. Extensive investment has been made to ensure our global supply chain is responsive to our needs and the needs of our customer. We source components that meet our high expectation and trade only with suppliers who are best positioned to support our global Clients.
Quality is at the core of the Telestack brand and we have always been renowned throughout the industry for the high quality caliber of our equipment. As a UKAS accredited company our business is built around The Telestack Business Management System, incorporating ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems & ISO 45001:2018 standards, and is the key to the overall business performance. This ensures we work collaboratively with only approved suppliers, ensuring premium products are used on Telestack equipment, and have robust internal processes throughout each manufacturing stage to ensure our products meet and exceed our customers expectations. Whether it is a standard piece of equipment from our product portfolio or a bespoke project designed specific to the customers requirements, each stage is documented and controlled with checks to ensure product is as per specifications. Every piece of equipment manufactured is fully built and put through rigorous Pre-Departure Inspection & Testing before being cleared to ship.
Telestack have a unique and innovative installation process to save you time and resources on site. Once manufacturing is complete the products are then built at the factory and go through our strict Quality and Factory Dispatch Check processes. Any problems are identified and solved before shipping to site.
From this, and using our extensive installation experience, the Aftersales department develop rigorous plans for each build process, detailing equipment and personnel required.
Depending on the type and size of the equipment the mobile bulk material handling units are then broken down into sections and shipped in containers direct to site. Once on site, a typical site assembly is dependant on the machine model and specification, but is quicker than static installations with limited civil construction needed on site. Telestack can provide the experienced engineers on site to ensure that the equipment is installed efficiently and that the performance is maximised to meet our customer's expectations.
Telestack service engineers can be arranged for dry and/or wet commissioning of units on site and on-site training can be provided. Engineers can also support your equipment in the field as part of our Field Service Programme to ensure uptime of the product. Additionally we also have a network of Dealers and Agents across the globe that are hand-picked for their expertise in the material handling field who are there to assist you on our behalf, if applicable!
Our team of dedicated technicians have experience of installs in a variety of sites, in many applications, around the world. Regardless of the location and the challenging environments, to ensure that the equipment is installed efficiently and that the performance is maximised to meet our customer's expectations.
In addition Telestack conveyors are designed for the onerous demands of mining applications and we are an approved supplier of equipment that meets Western Australian Mining Structural Standards (AS 4324.1), guarding (AS1755) and electrics (AS3000). We have also designed structures to operate safely in earthquake zones throughout the world. Our electrical design team can also design/specify to meet local electrical standards.
