Since the acquisition of the TS 2055 the client has experienced a major increase in production rates, enhanced by the mobility and operational flexibility of the Telestack solution. The system consists of three separate units, which are integrated to offer the client a customized solution to meet the needs of the application. Firstly, there is a hopper (skid mounted) which is fed directly by wheel loaders on site at 2000TPH. This is fixed in this position to reduce the haulage distance for the wheel loaders. This skid mounted hopper feeds directly into the belt of a 100 metre tripper conveyor (2000TPH). The tripper conveyor is connected directly to the Telestack TS 2055 with both units moving parallel down the quayside.
