So when Seán Burke, Area Sales Manager for Mineral Processing Solutions (Part of the OPS Screening & Crushing Group), received a call from his multi-national customer to say that their harbour crane had broken down, Seán was able to provide a solution to help solve the problem! With a comprehensive fleet of hire equipment, OPS were able to dispatch a fully serviced mobile HF10T hopper feeder from their rental fleet to begin operations again – that same day!

The Telestack HF10T mobile hopper feeder, fed by a CAT 950 wheel loader @300tph coal, was used to load reclaim coal into a rail mounted dockside unloading hopper for onward transport to the stockyard. With minimal fuss, cost or complexity, the HF10T ran 24/7 whilst the mobile harbour crane was repaired and OPS were delighted to #partner with their Customer to provide an immediate solution to this emergency reclaim project.
