We recognised then of the need to become a complete supplier and embrace an approach to that of a solutions provider which fits well with the consultative approach we have to business” Cooper continues “Our supply partners are carefully selected over many years. In the case of Telestack we recognise their market-positioning as well as their solutions-led approach to business. In this latter case, we share many similar ideologies and business models”.
Carl Donnelly, International Sales Manager of Telestack picked up on this theme of shared ideologies in seeking a solutions-orientated approach. “The network, relationships and market positioning of Cooper within the ports and other associated sectors is widely regarded and, even in these early stages of our relationship we have identified synergies where we share creative thinking in solving customer’s handling requirements”. Carl also stated that “Cooper’s business model and route to market fits well with Telestack’s Strategy, this represents a new dynamic approach and fresh opportunity for both parties”.
